MEET THE NEW OWNER: ANITA OPITZ

Born and raised in Germany, fluent in English, German, French, and Spanish, a loyal client of the previous Michael’s Shoe for over 15 years, mother of two, dog lover, many years of professional experience in the corporate world in administration, customer service, order processing, sales and marketing, a licensed Realtor® since 2017, client-focused and solution-oriented. Hobbies include any outside activity in nature - like walking, hiking, skiing or biking - painting, dancing, playing the piano, singing and yoga. Anita resides in Concord, MA with her son Gabriel and their dog Ariel.

We changed our store name to Anita's Shoe Boutique. Same quality footwear! Same level of customer service!

We will prove to you that a comfortable shoe that is good for your feet does not have to look boring.

Our focus is on helping customers make the best choices among our high-quality shoes. We also give artists the opportunity to display and sell their artwork, and we are planning to host regular informative and musical events.

We would like to raise awareness about the benefits of supporting local retail businesses where clients are treated with a level of attention and care that online ordering will never be able to replace.

We have changed the previous store Michael’s Shoe from just being a shoe store to becoming a destination for shoes, art, music & more.
